On the morning of November 18th, 2022, the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) held a Conference on 20-Review Business-to-Government Dialogue System chaired by Mr Vo Van Hoan - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
The conference was chaired by Mr Vo Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, with the participation of Mr Truong Trong Nghia, Member of the 15th National Assembly, former Director of the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City, former Head of the Executive Board of the first Business-to-Government Dialogue System; representatives of leaders of the City departments, agencies, People's Committees of Thu Duc City and districts and the business community, business associations, domestic and foreign industry congresses in Ho Chi Minh City.
Reporting on the results at the conference, the Standing Deputy Director of ITPC – Mr Tran Phu Lu said that as of October 2022, the Business-to-Government Dialogue System had 4,708 enterprises and associations registered to participate, with more than 300 enterprises with foreign investment capital, received and answered more than 20,550 questions online. On average, 12 direct dialogue conferences with domestic and foreign enterprises are organized annually. At the same time, on average, Ho Chi Minh City held 227 direct dialogue conferences each year, attracting 35,120 enterprises with 49,325 attendees, receiving and answering more than 19,000 questions asked by enterprises. On average, Business-to-Government Dialogue System answer more than 2,000 questions per year related to many areas.

Many constitutions and proposals of the association, and businesses order for the City Government related to the socio-economic development of the City as well as for the development of businesses when investing and doing business in Ho Chi Minh City.

In terms of awareness: The Executive Board of the Business-to-Government Dialogue System regularly reminds state management officials and officials, when performing their functions, to consider the enterprises as both the subject and the object of the System, in accordance with the name of the Business-to-Government Dialogue System, listening to the enterprises and serving the enterprises, solving difficulties and problems of the enterprises is the responsibility of the agencies, officials and officials, the responsibility of the head of the agency. The City always considers the enterprises as the object that the City must serve, contributing to the success in the direction and administration of the City.
In terms of content: The Executive Board of the Business-to-Government Dialogue System should pay attention to solving the problems of enterprises and deal specifically with each problem encountered by enterprises, in addition to disseminating, propagating and guiding the implementation of general policies.
Adding the sharing of common issues that the business community of countries are interested in (especially the new generation of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), and new policies,...) so that the business community can exchange and share information.
It is necessary to pay attention to attracting investment, the data and content of settlement for these enterprises is also the basis for other enterprises to consult and implement, I spread to the business community.

In terms of the form of dialogue: It is necessary to diversify, besides two forms of online and direct dialogue, it is necessary to focus on the online form combining directly to be able to connect and share information with the community of enterprises in many different fields.
In addition to promoting the role of the Executive Board of the Business-to-Government Dialogue System, each director of the departments and the sectors must vigorously promote his role in removing difficulties and obstacles for enterprises.
