Dialogue Conference between Businesses with Department of Taxation of Ho Chi Minh City
On April 27th 2022, Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) in collaboration with Department of Taxation organizes “Business-to-Government Dialogue” Conference. The Conference aims to answer questions and solve difficulties of the city's business community related to e-invoices, Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP dated January 28th 2022 regulating tax reduction/exemption according to Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11th 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the socio-economic recovery and development Program. This is the 221st “Business-to-Government Dialogue” Conference.
On attending representatives of ITPC, there were Mr. Tran Phu Lu, Standing Vice Director of ITPC. On attending representatives of Department of Taxation, there were Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Vice Director of Department of Taxation; Mrs. Ha Thai Hanh, Deputy Head of Taxpayer Propaganda and Support Division; Mr. Tran Minh Quoc, Deputy Head of Taxpayer Propaganda and Support Division; Mr. Hoang Xuan Nam, Taxpayer Propaganda and Support Division.
The conference attracted nearly 200 businesses to register to attend, receive and answer more than 100 questions from businesses related to issues of e-invoices; Law on Tax Administration, Value Added Tax, corporate income tax, tax declaration documents, tax refunds and regulations on penalties for tax administrative violations, etc.
Representatives of the leaders of Department of Taxation gave specific and detailed answers to each content for businesses, and introduced some new points of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP dated October 19t 2020 of the Government on regulations on invoices and documents (effective date on July 1st 2022); Circular No. 80/2021/TT-BTC dated September 29th 2021 of the Ministry of Finance on guiding the implementation of a number of Law articles on Tax Administration (effective date of on January 1st 2022); Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 on fiscal and monetary policies to the socio-economic recovery and development Program (effective date on 1st November 2022).
