Dialogue Conference between Businesses with Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City
On May 31st 2022, Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) in collaboration with Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs organizes “Business-to-Government Dialogue” Conference in order to support employers to train, retrain and improve vocational skills/majors to maintain jobs for employees; to guide the implementation of policies on housing-rental fee support for employees. This is the 222nd “Business-to-Government Dialogue” Conference.
The conference attracted more than 200 businesses registered to attend, received and answered more than 90 questions sent before and at the conference related to issues of regulation and implementation of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic; of housing-rental fee support policy for employees; of procedures for settling social insurance regimes, etc.
Representatives of the leaders of Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs gave sharing and answers in detail for Decision No. 08/2022/QD-TTg dated March 28th 2022 of the Prime Minister on implementing the policy supporting rental fee for employees; at the same times introducing some new points of Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated July 7th 2021 of the Prime Minister's on policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to Covid-19 pandemic; Resolution No. 17/2022/UBTVQH15 dated March 23, 2022 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the number of overtime working hours in 01 year, in 01 month of employees in the context of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and socio-economic recovery and development; Decree 145/2020/ND-CP dated 14th December 2020 of the Government on guiding the implementation of a number of articles of labor laws on labor conditions and labor relations.
