Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
All members of the System have the right to ask questions. In order to be the member of the System, it is required that Companies (or Associations) must register in the System to gain access by name (Username) and password (Password) into the System. Click on Registration Procedure for more information.
In the System, if companies do not have any registration of Username and Password provided by the System, then there will be no right to ask questions, and it is possible to see questions and answers available of the system.
In the System, there are many state management agencies participating in receiving questions from members. Each agencies will take charge of different topics.
If the member's question is correctly identified on the topic and on the destination to give answers, the question will be sent directly to the experts of that state management agency to quickly answer the question.
In case a member does not know what topic his/her question belongs to, and where to send it, he/she still has the right ask questions with the subject and destination section left blank. In this case, the questions will be sent to the operating board of the System to analyze and determine what topic the questions belong to, and where is responsible for answering it, then the questions will be sent to the destination responsible for answering the questions.
Yes, in case the questions are not on any topic in the System and there is no place to take charge of the questions. This means that the questions are beyond the scope of answering of the authorities participating in the System. For more information about each agency participating in the System, please click on the List of Participating state management agencies.
To know where the question is being processed to, just look in the status of the question. To see the status of the question, it is requested for the member to log in to the system and click on The question sent, which will list questions that the member has sent. In each question there will be a different status and is divided into four categories:
- Answered: the question has been answered. To view the answer details, click on The question, then the content of the Answer will be displayed.
- Assigned : The question has been forwared to the relevant agency and has been specifically assigned to that agency's official to answer the question.
- Sent to : The question is sent directly to the agency which the member identified while composing the question.
- Sent to the Information Operations Center: When composing a question, if the member does not specify the topic and the destination to answer the question. In this case the question will be forwarded to the Information Operations Center, and the Information Operations Center is receiving and analyzing the question.
The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh city is the head agency responsible for monitoring and supervising the activities of all agencies participating in the System, from which to give timely guidance.
In order be able to type in Vietnamese in the System, it is required that the user must install on the computer Unicode font and Vietnamese typing software such as Vietkey or other software of the same function that can apply Unicode font. If you do not have Vietkey software, you can search the following address to download the softwarre: www.vietkey.com. After the installation is completed, go to Vietkey Panel and select Unicode Pre-Compound. Thus, we can type in Vietnamese in the System.
